Peacock Travels and Tours Signs Strategic Partnership with Sabre
Peacock Travels and Tours, after 25 years in the travel industry, has signed a new technology agreement with Sabre Corporation, the leading technology provider to the global travel and tourism industry, to achieve a better customer experience and increase its market share through quality travel services.
The agreement provides Peacock Travels and Tours with access to a retinue of Sabre’s travel technologies, including the company’s workflow, Sabre Red 360, which comes with a higher degree of data, content and flexibility. Using Sabre Red 360 booking engine, the agency is will have access to relevant API content that lets it serve up a more personalized itinerary to travellers. This will help Peacock travels and Tours secure a top place in the West African travel industry.
“We made this 3600 U-turn, not only for ourselves, but also for our clients. This partnership is not only going to benefit the organisation, it is also for the end users. We work round the clock to serve our customers, hence we need a booking engine on which there are more available contents, and we are sure to get that with Sabre,” said the CEO, Peacock Travels and Tours, Aare Segun Philips.
